Before you complete a contact us form, please check this page, which contains a list of responses a few folks have had in the past, how a movie loads, billing etc

PLEASE, read this first.
How do you bill?
We charge a one time amount depending on what you choose, ie the packages of rental minutes.
There is never a monthly membership charged or recurring billing. Pay for only what you watch.

What does it say on my credit card statement?
The name of the company that shows on your statement is Webstream Inc

How do I know how much time I have left?
You can log in to your account, and click "Go to My Account"

I purchased time on a site you do billing for. Now I wish to get a refund.
What do I need to do?

ANSWER
We are sorry to see you need to obtain a refund. However, on the original email you
received when you signed up it gave you instructions as how to do this.
If you have since lost this email you can go to http://cs.webstream.net
There you will be asked to enter two of three items to confirm who you are.
Once you do this, you will be able to obtain a credit.

I cant get a movie to load, what's up?
Make sure you give the movie a connect time of about a minute.
Make sure your computer has the correct requirements:
Minimum Required Software for Watching Videos & Downloads
Windows 98 or higher, & Macromedia Flash.
8mb Video Card or higher
400 MHZ processor or faster
6 gig Hard Drive or bigger, 96 Meg ram or more
300kbps connection (Cable, DSL or higher, no 56K modems)
NO 56 K Dialups will work, the website stated minimum requirements before you sign up !

The movie starts, but then stalls;
The problem you are having seems related to connection speed, or perhaps your video card.
Check your internet connection speed, delete your temporary internet cache,
Here is a url that can check speed
http://www.telkom.co.za/dsl/speed.shtml
If the speed is below 200kps, (high speed internet) the movies may stall.
Your internet speed is something we cannot control. it can vary during peak times or network saturation. You can try at another time.
You can also reboot your computer, and restart your high speed modem.
If your speed continues to fall below 200kps, please contact your internet provider.

If you are clicking the "watch" button, and nothing happens (the player window should pop up)
then there seems to be a problem with the ability of your browser to read the javascript that runs the opening of the window.

If you can check your settings, perhaps reset the browser to "restore defaults" (contained in tools >internet options >advanced), or upgrade your Internet Explorer to the latest version. This should help.

You can also try Netscape, or Opera, or Avant browsers as well (as opposed to good old Microsoft)

Problems with registering:
